Shipping Policy
At Yarns by Mount Tibby, we take great care in preparing and dispatching each order from our family farm. Every blanket is packaged with care and sent promptly so it can be enjoyed in your home.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within two to three business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
New Zealand Orders
We ship nationwide using NZ Post Courier.

Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days

Rural delivery: allow an additional 1 to 2 business days
All New Zealand prices are inclusive of GST and include full tracking.
Australia
We ship to Australia via NZ Post International Courier.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies at checkout
Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country.
United Kingdom and Europe
International shipping is available to the United Kingdom and Europe via NZ Post or DHL Express.

Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination
Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may be charged once your order reaches your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer.
Orders to the United Kingdom valued under £135 GBP will automatically include VAT at checkout, in accordance with UK tax requirements.
Tracking and Delivery Delays
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
While we work closely with our courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or international transit.
If a delay arises, we will make every effort to keep you informed.
Packaging
Each order is carefully wrapped using recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and responsible farming.
Pre-orders and Out-of-stock Items
If an item is on pre-order or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to confirm the estimated dispatch date or provide a refund if preferred.
