Shipping Policy

We do our best to have your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Each blanket is stored and sent directly from our farm, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.

Orders are generally shipped within 2–3 working days of being placed. During busy times (such as new launches or holidays), please allow a little extra time, we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Stock Availability

We keep limited quantities of each colour and design on hand. If a blanket sells out faster than expected, we’ll let you know and confirm when the next batch will be ready. You’re welcome to pre-order, and we’ll ship as soon as your item is back in stock.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has left the farm, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door. If you lose this tracking link, please contact us at hello@yarnsbymounttibby.co.nz

Delays in Transit

Every now and then, a parcel takes a scenic route to arrive. While rare, we’ll work with our courier partners to get it moving again and keep you informed every step of the way.

Carriers We Use

We ship using NZ Post within New Zealand and trusted international courier partners for deliveries to Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and beyond.

If you live outside of New Zealand, Australia, the UK, or the EU, we can still arrange shipping, please contact us directly at hello@yarnsbymounttibby.co.nz for a manual order and custom shipping quote.

Taxes and Duties

All New Zealand orders include GST in the total price.

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Yarns by Mount Tibby is not responsible for any additional fees, delays, or charges incurred at customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Yarns by Mount Tibby blanket as much as we do, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@yarnsbymounttibby.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns must be approved by our team before sending your blanket back.

To be eligible, your blanket must be:

• In its original condition, unused, unwashed, and unworn
  
• Returned in its original packaging
  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
  

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and details. Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  
• We do not accept returns on sale, discounted, or custom items.
  
• Our return shipping address will be provided upon approval.
  

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days once your return has been received and inspected. Postage refunds apply only to faulty items.

Exchanges are not possible and if you are wanting an exchange, you will need to reorder once the refund is received.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@yarnsbymounttibby.co.nz.

Yes. We ship across New Zealand, Australia, and selected international locations. If you live elsewhere, contact us and we’ll quote delivery.

Orders leave our farm within 2–3 working days. NZ deliveries arrive in 3–5 days; Australia 10–12 days; other international orders 10–15 days. You’ll receive tracking via email once dispatched.

If your order hasn’t shipped, email hello@yarnsbymounttibby.com immediately. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
